By accessing or using Better GA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Better GA is a third-party dashboard that connects to your Google Analytics 4 account via OAuth to display analytics data in a simplified interface. Better GA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

3. Google Account Access

By signing in with Google, you grant Better GA permission to access your Google Analytics data using the scopes you approve during sign-in. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google account permissions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to access Google Analytics data you are not authorised to view.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs.
• Use the service in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service or API policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the analytics data displayed will be accurate or complete. Analytics data is sourced directly from Google Analytics and we are not responsible for discrepancies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better GA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
